Qubic has turned ICT support on its head – our service is about anticipating potential issues and taking action before they become a problem. It’s no longer about response time; it’s about uptime – everything we do is designed to keep your ICT running smoothly.

Our Network Operations Centre monitors your entire system, servers and workstations, 24/7 and remotely fixes, often without you ever knowing there had been an issue. Combined with our Schools ICT On-site Support (SICTOS) Programme that provides visits from fully qualified and experienced, on-site engineers to undertake the regular network administration we have been able to effectively eliminate breakdowns.

Fully supported

Following installation, full training is provided on all equipment and applications supplied. Ongoing training is offered to education and administrative staff that is sensitive to timetable commitments to ensure maximum benefit is derived from your investment. All systems are monitored 24/7 by our Network Operations Centre (NOC). Qubic’s schools support helpdesk provides a single point of contact for the whole system: frontline telephone based application support is offered with associated escalation procedures, remote diagnosis of faults and remote fix where possible or an on-site engineer visit can be arranged.

Qubic has developed its Schools On-site Support (SICTOS) Programme to provide a fully qualified and experienced engineer on a regular basis to undertake the duties of a Network Administrator at a fraction of the cost of a full-time employee. more…
